
Jordan’s gold reserves up: CBJ
Jordan’s gold reserves rose by 210,466 ounces to the end of July this year to reach 1.5 million ounces, according to the latest data of the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ).
In terms of value, the gold reserves rose 11.9 percent, worth around JD1314 million for the end of July this year, compared to JD1174 million for the same period of 2017.
The data also showed that the foreign reserves of the CBJ stood at JD10, 848 billion to the end of July this year.
