Sudan and Morocco Sign Judicial Cooperation Agreement
Sudan and Morocco signed, Wednesday, at the Ministry of Justice Judicial Cooperation Agreement concerning civil, trade, personal status and handling over of the convicts .
The Undersecretary of Justice, Isam Edeen Abdulgader signed for Sudan and the visiting Public Notary of the Morocan Ministry of Justice, Abdul Elah Al-Hakim signed for his country .
The signing ceremony of the agreement which will be enforced after thirty days was attended by the Minister of Justice, Mohammed Bushra Dosa, the Moroccan Ambassador to Sudan and a number of the senior officials of the ministries of Justice and Foreign Affairs .
Meanwhile, Minister of Justice has lauded the distinguished relations between Sudan and Morocco in all domains, referring to exchanging of judicial expertise between the two countries .
The Moroccan official commended his country’s relations with Sudan, affirming that Sudan tops the countries that cooperate with Morocco.
