Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing started the implementation of 46 residential projects, a spokesperson told Al Eqtisadiah newspaper.
These developments are a part of 70 properties which will be built over the coming period.
The residential projects will be carried out in various regions by cooperating with the private sector, Saif Al Suwailim added.
The 46 projects provide 80,000 residential units, Al Suwailim noted on the sideline of “Restatex Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition”.
The ministry and the private sector will finish some projects in 2019 at Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
