President of the Republic, Abdelaziz Bouteflika has appointed Minister of Housing, Urban Planning and the City, Abdelwahid Temmar as interim Minister of Public Works and Transport, in replacement of Abdelaghani Zaalane, the Presidency of the Republic announced Sunday in a communiqué.
