His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, today at Al-Safriya Palace, received the sons and grandsons of the late HH Shaikh Abdullah bin Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, who expressed their gratitude for HM the King’s condolences on the demise of the deceased.
HM the king praised the efforts and contributions of the deceased in the service of the homeland and Islam, pointing out his outstanding wisdom and high status.
HM the king, in recognition of the commendable efforts of the deceased during his career, gave orders to establish a new college for Islamic studies specialized in teaching the sciences of Quran, Islamic Law and comparative Fiqh, and that to be named after the late HH Shaikh Abdullah
HM the King highlighted the role of the deceased in enrichening and developing the Bahraini judicial progress, saying the deceased have left remarkable prints in humanitarian, charitable, cultural and historical fields, praying the Almighty God to rest his soul in eternal peace.
HM the King pointed out the giving of the Bahraini people in various areas and their dedication to protecting the national gains and achievements and consolidating the values of tolerance, coexistence and social unity.
The sons and grandsons of the deceased expressed sincere appreciation of the royal noble feelings, wishing HM the King good health and happiness and to bring to Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity.
