Emirates NBD on Monday announced the launch of ‘Better Together’, a new platform that will enable customers to co-drive innovation at the bank.
Better Together is part of Emirates NBD’s ongoing customer service development programme, aiming at providing solutions that will help customers carry out their financial aspirations, according to a press release.
The bank’s new platform will bring together a group of customers from different fields to actively participate in co-creation and beta testing of new innovations, the Dubai-based lender highlighted.
Under this initiative, the panel of customers will perform mystery shopping of the bank’s offerings to help improving user experience and customer satisfaction, the bank added.
Selected customers will work alongside Emirates NBD before rolling out the programme to the public in order to co-create and design new products and services.
The panel will also help the bank with conducting mystery shopping across at its branches and digital channels and provide in-depth feedback on their experience, the release indicated.
