Continental Investment, the investment unit of Landmark Sabbour, on Monday announced it will invest over AED 300 million in Dubailand.
This amount includes the launch of the second phase of Rukan Residence at a value that ranges between AED 180 million and AED 200 million, according to a press release.
Phase 2, which has been implemented in collaboration with Reportage Properties LLC, features 349 villas, the company noted.
The first and the second phases of the project have 169 villas of which 90% have been sold.
The third phase of the project will be established at a cost of around AED 60 million, Continental Investment revealed.
Spanning up to 3 million square feet, Rukan Residence features a number of units, including villas, townhouses, twin houses, studios, and spacious apartments.
