The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Wednesday’s trading session with a drop, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets fell by 0.22%, 0.05%, and 0.3%, respectively.
The consumer goods segment led six decliners with 0.9%, while the insurance sector topped four gainers with 0.71%.
Al Masaken led the losers with 9.8%, while National Holding headed the winners with 8.5%.
Boursa Kuwait’s trading value shrank by 20% to KWD 8.99 million on Wednesday compared to KWD 11.23 million in the prior session, after the trading volume decreased by 15.8% to 56.49 million shares from 67.07 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) posted the highest liquidity of about KWD 973,000. The stock went down 0.17%.
Aan Digital was the most active stock on which 6.64 million shares were traded, the stock retreated 1.54%.
