Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), listed on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), on Thursday announced the launch of its ‘verified’ WhatsApp Business service.
The new service will enable customers to reach out ADNIC’s contact centre easily through WhatsApp securely in an encrypted environment, according to a press release.
Through this service, customers will be allowed to make inquiries related to quotations, claims, claim centre locations, exchange of documents for policy issuance and much more.
Ahmad Idris, CEO of ADNIC said: “WhatsApp is easy-to-use and a popular messaging application worldwide. The addition of this platform to ADNIC’s offerings will enable us to better serve our customers and further underscore our digital capabilities.”
ADNIC has been investing in digital product development over the past few years to deliver further offers and innovative insurance solutions to customers.
